The Marion-Dillon County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs selected Mike Keith as the Executive Director in September 2003. Before his  selection as Executive Director, Mike served the agency as interim director for nine months. He has been an integral part of our agency for over thirteen years, providing steady fiscal leadership through some truly challenging and difficult times. His wealth of experience has been invaluable, enabling him to lead us into a new era of quality services for our consumers and their families.
